History of the company
First historical mention
The first silk weaving and dyeing mill in the Czech Lands opens in Moravská Třebová.
Certification
We believe that certification is essential in instilling confidence in our customers.
We achieved ISO 13485:2016 certification in 2023. This is a quality management system certificate for medical devices.
Hedva, a.s. has been Oeko-Tex certified, confirming that our fabrics are entirely safe for human contact and free from harmful substances. This certificate is important to us because we are committed to providing our customers with materials that are both safe and environmentally friendly.
Another important certificate we have obtained is the UCHIRON Fabric Certification awarded by the Textile Testing Institute (TZÚ). This certification is proof that our fabrics meet the highest technical standards and are capable of withstanding extreme conditions. We take pride in the fact that our products have been rigorously tested and certified for their reliability and effectiveness.
